About this statement
This statement applies to the Burnett Edgar Medical Centre website. It is run by Burnett Edgar Medical Centre. We want as many people as possible to be able to use it. You should be able to:
- change colours, contrast levels and fonts using your browser or device settings
- zoom in up to 400% without the text spilling off the screen
- make the text bigger using your phone or browser text-size setting
- get around the website using just a keyboard
- use the website with a screen reader, such as VoiceOver, TalkBack or NVDA
- listen to videos with captions turned on
We've also made the text as simple as we can. AbilityNet has advice on making your device easier to use.
How accessible this website is
We know some parts are not fully accessible:
- some linked services, such as the NHS App, NHS 111 online and MARA, are run separately and have their own accessibility statements
- some older PDF documents may not work well with screen readers
- videos come from YouTube; captions depend on the version YouTube provides
