Tell us how we didFriends and Family Test
After an appointment we send a short text asking how it went. We receive more than 100 replies a month, and most people rate us very good or good. We share every response with the team and act on suggestions.
Leave a review
If you'd like to tell other people about your experience, you can leave a review on Google. We read every review and reply where we can.
Reviews are public. Please don't include medical details. Because of confidentiality we can't discuss your care in a reply, so if something has gone wrong, please tell us directly.
Join our patient group
Our virtual patient participation group gets the occasional short email survey. We'd like members of all ages and backgrounds, including young people, working people, retired people, carers and people with long-term conditions.
Tell the CQC
You can also share your experience with the Care Quality Commission.
Something gone wrong?
Please tell us. A complaint is different from a review: we look into it, reply to you privately and put things right where we can.
- Tell us: speak to the person concerned or the reception supervisor, or use our complaint form.
- Or contact the ICB if you'd rather not complain to us: the Integrated Care Board patient experience team, 0800 032 2424.
- Still not happy with the final reply? The Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman can review it. They usually only look at a complaint once the practice or the ICB has finished dealing with it.
